Axial Bellows are also known as single expansion joints. Continuous waves or corrugations/convolutions with both ends to weld or fix to pipe are called axial bellows. Such bellows are meant for absorbing axial movement in pipeline (movement parallel to flow direction). In some cases they can be used for compensating other movements with the use of accessories.
